Capital T is proud to support live music in Austin.  To show our support for the Austin City Limits Music Festival that was recently held in Zilker Park and attended by thousands we are holding a special promotion in conjunction with opening weekend of Hunter Gatherers at Hyde Park Theatre.

If you wear your Austin City Limits Festival Bracelet to HUNTER GATHERERS on Opening Weekend we will cut it off for you*.  To get in on this great deal reserve your tickets now!

Pam and Richard are hosting their best friends, Wendy and Tom, for their annual dinner get-together. An animal sacrifice kicks off the evening, followed by a little more sex, violence, deception, revelations, wrestling and dancing than previous years. A darkly comic evening where the line between civilized and primal man is blurred, and where not everyone will survive long enough to enjoy the brownies for dessert.

*This promotion is only valid opening weekend of HUNTER GATHERERS. The bracelet must be still attached to your wrist.  We will only cut of festival bracelets for 2010.  Due to liability issues we cannot cut the over 21 Budweiser beer bracelets off.   The promotion will not be honored for patrons wearing previous year’s bracelets on their wrists.

    • ]]>     HUNTER GATHERERS is a pretty tough show to create a poster for. The question was: How do we convey both the modern concepts of the play with the primal themes that Peter Sinn Nachtrieb has brilliantly woven together.

    We started with the idea of a museum diorama with modern people in it.  These are the images that our final poster were inspired by. Don’t forget to get your tickets today! Enjoy.
